OUR SAFETY POLICY

CABMAN considers the safety of our drivers and Riders as our priority interest. This is why our Safety Policy takes pre-eminence over all we do at CABMAN. Consequently, any driver who flouts our internal safety rules is banned from working with CABMAN upon the very first violation. This is why any report from a Rider against any Driver is taken seriously and may earn the Driver an expulsion from service. To this end, our Safety Policy requires that our Drivers must subject themselves to the following regulations:


• Drivers must obey existing traffic rules & regulations
• Drivers are not allowed to use mobile phone while driving
• No smoking is allowed in any of our vehicles
• Drivers are not allowed to drink while on duty under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• All vehicles are inspected annually by our Quality Assurance team

As part of measures to ensure or assure Riders of their safety, a Share Ride button is provided on the Rider App with which the Rider can share details of his ride with loved ones or interested parties, so they can keep an eye on progress of the trip


Response to Emergency or Threat to Security


In the case of any EMERGENCY or perceived threat to security, simply use the SOS Button which is available on both Driver and Rider mobile App to place an instant call to the Police authorities.
